With safety and quality at the forefront of everything we do, this role requires, but is not limited to:

- Conducting thorough vehicle damage assessments and preparation of detailed repair estimates.
- Utilisation of Audanet software for estimate preparation and documentation.
- Perform comprehensive parts checks to verify availability and pricing.
- Communication with insurance adjusters regarding claim details and repair procedures.
- Coordinating with customers to explain repair processes and timelines.
- Working closely with technicians to ensure estimate accuracy and feasibility.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vehicle systems and repair techniques.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Review and approval of supplement estimates as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

About You:

- Minimum 3 years of collision repair estimating experience.
- Proficiency with Audanet estimating software.
- Robust knowledge of automotive parts and repair procedures.




- I-CAR training certification preferred (not essential).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills and software navigation.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of insurance claim processes.

This is a Full-time position with standard industry hours, Monday to Friday - No weekend work!
