What We're Looking For:

Supervisors + Leading Hands

- Previous experience supervising paint and blast crews
- Solid understanding of blasting, painting and structural remediation works
- Ability to lead and coordinate a team safely and efficiently
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to site safety and quality standards
- Relevant industry experience and tickets

Painter Blasters

- Previous experience in industrial blasting and painting
- Experience with abrasive blasting and surface preparation
- Experience applying industrial protective coatings
- Ability to work safely in demanding site environments
- Relevant tickets and qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliability

Trade Assistants

- Previous industrial, mining, construction or paint/blast experience highly regarded
- Assist with blasting, painting, preparation and general site duties
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial environment
- Relevant tickets highly regarded





Essential / Highly Desirable Tickets Depending on the position, applicants may be required to hold:

- White Card
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space
- EWP Licence
- Cert 3 Surface Prep and Coatings (highly desirable)
- High Risk Work Licences where required
- Current Driver's Licence
- Right to work in Australia
- National Police Clearance
- S26 for Supervisor roles
