Role Overview:
You will be required to support a significant portfolio of organisational transformation and business improvement initiatives currently underway across the organisation and will work across multiple initiatives that are introducing changes to processes, technology (eg. recent CRM), governance, operating models and ways of working (eg. Agile). As such you will work across multiple initiatives that are introducing changes as opposed to a single project.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Lead the planning, delivery, and embedding of change activities for major initiatives.
- Integrate change management into project and program delivery plans.
- Conduct change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and risk mitigation planning.
- Monitor change adoption, stakeholder sentiment, and benefits realisation
- Develop and deliver stakeholder analysis and engagement strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to influence positive change outcomes.
- Provide expert advice on change risks,



readiness, and impacts.
- Support development of organisational change capability through coaching, tools, and knowledge sharing.
- Apply and enhance structured change methodologies and practice standards.
- Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of the organisational change framework.
- Provide assurance reviews, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Prior experience in a similar position is necessary as is demonstrating where you have partnered closely with senior leaders, project sponsors and delivery teams to ensure structured and effective change planning, stakeholder engagement, and successful adoption of new ways of working.
