What your role will look like

You will take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio, supported by structured systems and a hands-on leadership team. Your day-to-day will include:

- Managing a clean, organised portfolio using established processes

- Building strong, professional relationships with landlords and tenants

- Conducting routine inspections and coordinating maintenance

- Managing arrears, lease renewals, and compliance requirements

- Working closely with our admin and leadership teams to ensure seamless operations

What we’re looking for

We value attitude and team fit just as much as experience. You will bring:

- A calm,



solutions-focused approach with a knack for staying organised

- Strong communication and time-management skills

- A current Driver’s Licence

- A Property Representative Licence (or a willingness to obtain one)

- Note: Prior Property Management experience is highly regarded, but not essential for the right person!
