We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to manage testing for a large-scale Oracle Financials implementation. You will develop the testing strategy, coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams and ensure the solution meets business, technical and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage the end-to-end test strategy, plans, schedules and reporting.
- Lead system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing for Oracle Financials.
- Coordinate test resources, business users, vendors and technical teams.
- Manage defects, risks, dependencies and quality gates through to resolution.
- Provide transparent progress reporting and quality assurance advice to program leadership.





Key Skills and Experience

- Demonstrated experience leading testing for complex Oracle Financials implementations.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, integrations and data migration testing.
- Experience managing SIT, UAT, regression testing and defect management.
- Excellent stakeholder, vendor and team leadership skills.
- Government or public-sector project experience is highly desirable.
