We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Service Department at Para Hills West.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced workplace and takes pride in delivering a premium customer experience. As the first point of contact between the dealership and our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive service journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers, understanding their vehicle service and repair needs
- Prepare repair estimates and service recommendations
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicles
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service process
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of service work
- Proactively identify opportunities to generate additional service revenue

Skills & Experience

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Automotive service management software experience (desirable)
- Knowledge or understanding of the automotive industry (desirable)
- Current National Police Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
