Job Opportunity: Full-Time Parts Interpreter ( Bearings ) Salesperson

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Bearings Sales Parts Interpreter to join our team. This position requires a customer-focused individual with a strong background in parts interpretation and the ability to excel in both counter and phone sales. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain a professional yet friendly demeanour, and work effectively with colleagues and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert assistance to customers at the counter and via phone, offering tailored advice on bearings and related products.

- Interpret parts and identify the correct products to meet customers' specific needs.

- Operate efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced retail sales environment.

- Maintain a cheerful and professional attitude while interacting with customers and team members.

- Accurately mark and input stock arrivals into the computer system.

- Ensure proper storage of stock and contribute to the maintenance of well-organised and clean shelving.

- Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure the retail environment is tidy and organised.





- Carry out other responsibilities as required in the day-to-day operations of a retail trade sales environment.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a parts sale’s role, preferably with bearings or similar products.

- Strong ability to interpret and identify parts, with excellent product knowledge.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a professional and approachable manner.

- Robust teamwork ethic and the ability to work independently when necessary.

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

- Basic proficiency with computer systems for stock input and data management.
