About the Opportunity:
Ngaanyatjarra Health is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day management of our grant-funded programs. This role is ideal for an organised administrator who enjoys keeping records up to date, supporting managers, and making sure key deadlines and reporting requirements are met.
You will help maintain contract and grant records, track important dates, and provide administrative support to ensure programs are delivered in line with funding requirements. Your work will directly support services that contribute to healthier Ngaanyatjarra communities.

About You:
You are a capable administrator with strong organisation skills and experience working in a health, not-for-profit or Aboriginal Corporation environment. You are comfortable juggling tasks, following processes, and working with a range of people to get things done.
Essential Criteria:
- Strong administration and time management skills
- Ability to manage deadlines, track documents, and follow established processes
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Criteria:
- Knowledge of remote service delivery and cultural safety principles for working with Aboriginal people.
- Experience in procurement processes and grant application preparation, including researching funding opportunities
· Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a similar field

It is one of the largest and most successful Indigenous organisations in the country.
