The Frog Club is looking for experienced section waiters and bartenders who take genuine pride in their work — people who show up ready, look after the guest in front of them, and make the team around them better.

The Frog Club is a bar and restaurant on Chapel Street, Windsor from the team behind The Gilson. The room draws inspiration from New York supper clubs, old Hollywood dining rooms, downtown listening bars and the kind of restaurants that become part of a city’s social fabric.

Experienced Section Waiter

You are the guest’s primary point of contact from the moment they sit down to the moment they leave. You know the menu, you sell naturally, you check back without being prompted, and you make every table feel genuinely looked after — not just efficiently served.

What the role involves:

• Delivering the full sequence of service to a consistently high standard, every shift

• Taking orders accurately with full knowledge of the menu — food, beverage, allergens, and pairings

• Making genuine, informed recommendations rather than reading from a list

• Upselling naturally — additional courses, premium beverages,



wine pairings — because you believe in what you are selling

• Maintaining your section, table settings, and service station throughout service

• Supporting colleagues when they need it, without being asked

Cocktail Bartender

You make every drink correctly, every time. You make every guest at the counter feel personally attended to. You understand that a excellent bar is built on consistency, warmth, and the feeling created in the people sitting in front of you — not the complexity of what is in the glass.

What the role involves:

• Preparing all drinks to exact recipe specifications — technique, measure, temperature, and presentation

• Engaging every guest at the bar with genuine warmth and attention from first acknowledgement to farewell

• Applying RSA obligations confidently and consistently on every shift

• Managing the pace of the bar — table drink orders and walk-in trade simultaneously, without quality slipping

• Maintaining your station in impeccable condition from opening to close

• Supporting the Barbacks proactively and treating them as an essential part of the team

What We’re Looking For Across All Roles

• Genuine experience in a quality,



busy restaurant or bar environment

• A real work ethic — you are reliable, well-presented, and ready for every shift

• Warmth with guests and professionalism with colleagues

• The ability to hold your standard when the service is at its most demanding

• A current RSA certificate, or the ability to obtain one before starting

• Full working rights in Australia

• Evening and weekend availability — this is a late-night, 7-night venue and the roster reflects that
