About the role

As the Marketing and eCommerce Coordinator at Amorepacific Australia Pty Ltd, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing, digital, and eCommerce initiatives across the business. Based in Melbourne VIC 3000, you will coordinate social media and content activities, marketing campaigns, customer engagement programs, and website operations while providing operational support across eCommerce and B2B sales functions. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help deliver brand and retailer initiatives, manage marketing assets and administration, and contribute to a seamless customer experience across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities:

Social Media & Content

- Bring our brands to life across social media platforms through engaging content and campaigns.

- Collaborate with creative teams, influencers, and partners to deliver compelling brand storytelling.

- Support online communities and help create memorable customer experiences.

Marketing & Campaign Execution

- Help execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and eCommerce channels.

- Play a key role in product launches, promotional activations, events, and brand initiatives.

- Coordinate marketing calendars and contribute fresh ideas to drive brand growth.

Digital & eCommerce Support

- Support email marketing campaigns from concept to delivery.

- Contribute to website updates, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.

- Assist in optimising the online customer journey and loyalty program experience.

- Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from purchase to delivery.

Business Operations & Growth

- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, eCommerce, and Sales teams to bring projects to life.

- Manage marketing assets, product samples,



and promotional materials.

- Assist with reporting and campaign performance analysis to uncover insights and opportunities.

B2B Sales Support

- Support retailer partnerships through promotional coordination, product information, and sales materials.

- Help drive successful sales initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

- Contribute to the smooth execution of retailer and customer projects.

About you

- Previous experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Sales Support, or a related field

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms

- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional activities

- A proactive, collaborative, and can-do attitude

- Australian work rights are required for this position
