The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter who enjoys variety, customer interaction and being part of a team where everyone works together.
You’ll play an key role in keeping the workshop and customers moving by providing accurate parts advice, managing orders and helping ensure the right parts are available when they’re needed.
About the Role
- Provide expert parts advice to customers and workshop technicians
- Identify and interpret parts using manuals and electronic catalogues
- Process orders, invoices and transactions accurately
- Liaise with suppliers to source parts and coordinate deliveries
- Assist with stock control, inventory and product availability
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Work closely with a friendly, experienced team to keep daily operations running smoothly

About You
You’ll ideally bring:
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter in automotive, commercial vehicles or heavy equipment
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong parts identification, catalogue knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable team player with a practical, solutions-focused approach
