Tangalooma Island Resort, located on Moreton Island, is one of the most respected island resorts on the Eastern Seaboard of Australia. Renowned for our Dolphin Care and Research Programs, we proudly welcome both domestic and international guests. We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Casual Gardener to join our team.

About the Role
As a Gardener, you will play an important part in maintaining the natural beauty and presentation of our resort grounds. This role is hands-on, physically active, and ideal for someone who thrives working outdoors and in a agile environment.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: Certificate III in Horticulture or 3-5 years of practical experience in garden maintenance, landscaping, or laboring (preferably in a similar industry).

- Licenses: A valid manual driver’s license is essential. MR or HR licenses are highly regarded. An AC/DC commercial spray ticket is also required.

- Additional Qualifications:



Chainsaw and skid steer certification will be viewed favourably.

- Skills: Strong teamwork, clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
