About the Role
Steamatic Coffs Harbour is seeking an energetic Restoration Team Lead to join our fast-paced team. You will lead teams on the ground, managing rapid-response recovery projects for clients affected by flood, fire, and storm disasters. You will ensure jobs are managed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards of excellence within tight turnaround windows.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide and assist restoration technicians on-site.
- Manage emergency response work for water, fire, and mould damage.
- Coordinate equipment, processes, and daily job workflows.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Communicate clearly with clients, insurers, and team members.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in construction, trades, or disaster restoration
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Must be willing to assist technicians and be Hands-on
- Ability to think fast and solve problems in emergency settings.
- Current Australian driver’s licence (towing capability is a plus).
- IICRC certifications (or a willingness to obtain them) are highly regarded.
