About the Role:

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Receptionist is a key member of our Service Department and plays an essential role in ensuring every customer feels welcomed, informed, and confident throughout their service experience.

Harley-Heaven Sydney is proud to be home to three iconic motorcycle brands: Harley-Davidson, Triumph, and KTM. As the central point of contact for our customers, you will coordinate service bookings, prepare estimates, provide service updates, and help deliver exceptional customer experiences across all brands. Your focus will be ensuring every motorcycle that leaves our workshop has received the highest level of care, attention, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:





- Greet customers warmly and manage service bookings.
- Prepare and explain repair estimates, costs and timeframes clearly.
- Accurately document customer concerns and service requirements.
- Monitor work-in-progress to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Assist with parts coordination and repair order accuracy.
- Support the Service Manager in maintaining a smooth, productive department.

What We Are Looking For:

- Previous experience in a reception role, service reception, or customer-facing workshop role (automotive, motorcycle or similar industry highly regarded).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional approach.
- Confidence using computer systems and managing schedules.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
