We’re currently seeking experienced Site Managers to join one of Australia’s most established and highly regarded construction companies, with a strong reputation for delivering complex, large-scale projects across the commercial construction sector.
With a long-standing history in Queensland, they have a diverse project portfolio spanning education, healthcare, multi-residential and major commercial developments, offering Site Managers the opportunity to work on high-quality projects with solid pipelines of work.
We’re looking for Site Managers who can take ownership of projects from site establishment through to completion, working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day site operations across major commercial construction projects
- Leading and coordinating subcontractors, trades and site teams
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Managing site programs, sequencing, quality and construction methodology
- Coordinating with Project Managers, consultants and key stakeholders
- Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with WHS, quality and environmental requirements
- Driving a positive and high-performing site culture
About You:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction
- Experience across education, healthcare, multi-residential or similar large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, programming and site coordination
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractor packages
- Strong focus on safety, quality and project delivery
- Trade qualification and/or relevant construction qualifications highly regarded
