Whether you're supporting a child to communicate, helping someone maintain independence, assisting a family through challenging circumstances or delivering specialist services, your expertise helps people achieve outcomes that matter most to them.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build your clinical confidence while managing a varied caseload of children and adults, with supervision, mentoring and support from experienced clinicians.
- Deliver meaningful assessments,



therapy and evidence-informed interventions that support communication, social connection, mealtime skills and everyday participation.
- Work closely with families, carers, educators and other professionals to create practical, strengths-based strategies that make a real difference in daily life.
- Explore assistive and augmentative communication tools, including technology-based supports, to help clients communicate in ways that work best for them.
- Contribute to creative individual and group therapy programs tailored to each client’s goals, strengths and environment.
- Grow within a learning-focused, interdisciplinary team where your ideas, curiosity and reflective practice are encouraged and valued.
- Grow your leadership capability over time by contributing to student support, peer learning and professional knowledge sharing.

Essential Skills:

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and a current membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status
- Proven ability to manage a caseload and deliver timely, effective therapy
- Solid understanding of disability services, person-centred practices, and NDIS
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Confident working within an interdisciplinary team




- Strong administrative and time management abilities
- Willingness to travel for client appointments

Desirable Skills:

- Experience providing paediatric disability speech pathology services

Required Compliance Documents:

- National Police Clearance
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- Valid Driver’s licence
- Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist (CPSP) certification
