Delivery Manager / Salesforce Practice

About the Role:

TechForce Services, one of Australia's most respected Salesforce partners, offers a premier opportunity for a senior, hands-on leader to join our team. As the Delivery Manager, you will operate at the core of our organisation, reporting directly to the Founder CEO, you would work closely with the leadership team. In this vital position, you will own the end-to-end execution of high-impact transformations and complex implementations across diverse client environments nationwide. You would spearhead and act as a change catalyst for AI driven project deliveries across your team and functions.

What You'll Be Doing

Practice Leadership

- Own national delivery standards across Melbourne, Sydney and Queensland.

- Drive quality, consistency and strong client experience.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as a trusted advisor to key clients and translate business needs into technology outcomes.

- Manage escalations and build strong client relationships.





Team Leadership & Development

- Lead, mentor and develop cross-functional teams.

- Promote continuous learning, coaching and career growth.

Project Governance & Delivery

- Oversee project roadmaps, timelines, resources and budgets.

- Identify risks, remove blockers and ensure successful delivery.

Commercial Accountability

- Support scoping, estimation, resourcing and margin management.

- Partner with CEO and Sales on pre-sales, proposals and growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

- 15+ years of experience in Salesforce delivery, consulting, or practice management — ideally across a mix of implementation and ongoing support engagements

- Proven track record leading and growing delivery teams in a Salesforce partner or consulting environment

- Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem — across CRM, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or industry clouds — with the credibility to engage confidently with technical teams and senior client stakeholders alike

- Strong project governance experience — comfortable owning multiple concurrent engagements across different clients and project stages

- A people-first leadership style — someone who builds trust, gives clear feedback, and genuinely invests in their team's growth

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you're as comfortable in a boardroom as you are in a sprint planning session

Salesforce certifications highly regarded (Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or equivalent)
