Travel and work away from home across NSW is required

PCA Ground Engineering is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Southern Region team.

Our work includes piling, deep foundations, ground anchors, earth retention, grouting and civil construction across major infrastructure, commercial and complex ground engineering projects.

THE ROLE

You'll take ownership of technically challenging ground engineering and civil construction projects from mobilisation through to completion. We're looking for someone who understands that successful project delivery isn't just about getting the work built: it's about getting the engineering, commercial, client and construction outcomes right

You'll be accountable for:

- Project delivery, budgets, programs and commercial performance

- Contract administration, variations and scope changes

- Site teams, subcontractors and suppliers

- Labour, plant, materials and resources

- Client and stakeholder relationships

- Project risk, problem-solving and commercial decision-making

- Contractual compliance, reporting and project documentation

- Safety, environmental and quality outcomes

This is a hands-on role for a PM who is comfortable taking ownership, making decisions and dealing with issues before they become bigger problems.

ABOUT YOU

You'll have proven Project Management experience in civil construction, geotechnical or ground engineering, with strong commercial and contract management capability.

And of course there is are a few boxes we need you to tick as well; We're looking for someone with:





- Strong understanding of project financials, programs and cost control

- Proven contract administration and variation management experience

- Confidence leading site teams, subcontractors and suppliers

- Solid client and stakeholder management skills

- Sound commercial judgement and negotiation skills

- A practical, solutions-focused approach

- The ability to make decisions and perform under pressure

- Strong safety and quality values

- Relevant engineering or construction qualifications

- Australian working rights

- Willingness to travel and work away from home across NSW

Highly Regarded:

- Experience working within an ISO-certified or other third-party accredited management system will be highly regarded.
