Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work across Western Australia, we are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced:
- HV Engineers
- HV Technicians
Whether you're already working within the High Voltage sector or are an experienced electrical professional looking to build your career in HV, we would love to hear from you.
This is an opportunity to join a growing specialist HV team and work across a diverse range of major infrastructure, energy and resources projects throughout Western Australia.
HV Engineers
We are seeking experienced HV Engineers to support the delivery of HV projects across construction, commissioning, testing and maintenance activities.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Providing technical engineering support across HV projects
- Supporting HV installation, testing and commissioning activities
- Developing and reviewing technical documentation, drawings and work packs
- Supporting project planning, design and delivery
- Assisting with testing, energisation and commissioning activities
- Ensuring compliance with relevant Australian Standards, project specifications and safety requirements
- Working collaboratively with project, engineering and site teams
What We Are Looking For:
- Relevant Electrical Engineering qualification
- Experience within High Voltage environments
- Experience across utilities, mining, resources, industrial or renewable energy projects highly regarded
- Knowledge of HV systems, protection, testing and commissioning highly regarded
- Strong technical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work effectively across project and site environments
HV Technicians
We are seeking experienced HV Technicians to support installation, commissioning, maintenance and project works across our growing portfolio.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Installation, testing and commissioning of HV electrical systems
- HV cable installation, jointing and terminations
- Testing and fault finding of HV equipment and systems
- Supporting HV switching, isolation and energisation activities
- Preventative and corrective maintenance of HV assets
- Working safely within high-risk construction, industrial and operational environments
- Maintaining compliance with project, safety and quality requirements
What We Are Looking For:
- Relevant electrical trade qualification and Australian electrical licence
- HV experience within mining, resources, utilities, industrial or renewable energy environments
- HV switching,
testing or commissioning experience highly regarded
- Strong understanding of electrical safety and HV procedures
- High attention to safety, quality and detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to travel or work across project sites within Western Australia
