About the Role

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you'll play a key role in leading learning outcomes and creating engaging educational experiences that support every child's individual journey.

You will:

- Lead and mentor educators within the Kindergarten learning environment
- Design, implement and evaluate high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Foster children's curiosity through play-based, child-led learning experiences
- Build strong partnerships with families, local schools, and the wider community




- Support the centre's commitment to achieving and maintaining excellence under the National Quality Framework
- Create inclusive environments where every child feels safe, valued, and empowered to learn

About You

We're looking for an educator who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in children's lives.

You'll have:

- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Current Teacher Registration (where applicable)
- A valid Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification, or willingness to obtain
- A genuine passion for Early Childhood Education and children's development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
