Heavy Diesel Mechanic

Perth Airport, WA | 10:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday

$56.65 per hour + overtime available (can start earlier, but must be there until 6pm)

We're currently seeking a qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our Perth Airport workshop on a 10:00am to 6:00pm shift. Working on a modern fleet and in a well-equipped workshop, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintenance and repairs while enjoying the stability of a permanent role and access to additional overtime.

What you'll be doing

- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on heavy vehicles and trailers
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults
- Using diagnostic equipment to identify issues and confirm repairs
- Completing inspections and maintenance records
- Supporting breakdown response activities when required
- Maintaining a protected and clean work environment
- Working collaboratively within a professional workshop team

What you'll bring

- Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Trade Qualification




- Experience maintaining and repairing heavy vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- HR or HC Licence advantageous but not essential
