About the Role

We have exciting opportunities for experienced baristas across our Fitzroy, Lt. Collins St and Chadstone venues, offering the chance to work with an experienced, professional crew and a wide range of equipment in a progressive environment.

This role offers the opportunity to:

- Join a strong team of passionate baristas and roasters within a recognised brand
- Work with a leading specialty coffee roaster with an innovative approach to coffee
- Be supported by an award-winning roasting team and Head of Coffee
- Brew a range of espresso blends and single origins, batch brew and cold beverages
- Work with state-of-the-art coffee equipment and modbar

You'll be perfect for this role if you have:

- A passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
- Exceptional barista skills (latte art, dialing in, trouble-shooting etc.)
- A strong work ethic with a customer focused and positive attitude
- The desire to engage with customers about our coffee, menu and brand
- The ability to work minimum three days a week including weekends
