The Role
This is an exciting prospect to join a busy, supportive team on the tech side of the legal industry, right at an exciting growth phase. Sitting within an established billing team and reporting to the Billing Team Leader, you'll provide dedicated billing support to a Resolutions, Recoveries & Disputes team.
This is a straight billings role suited to someone confident, process-driven, and comfortable managing high volumes, with plenty of long-term opportunity as the team continues to grow.

Day to day you'll:

- Generate, review, edit and send invoices in line with service level arrangements and billing cycles
- Handle invoice and billing queries from the national team




- Manage the paperwork and approvals for allocating trust monies and disbursements

What You'll Bring

- Strong Excel skills
- The ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple priorities
- Handled high volume of billings/invoicing
- Excellent time management and organisation
- Confidence liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
- Comfort working to strict billing cycle deadlines

Open to candidates from a legal secretary/LA, billings, or finance background.
