Sales, customer service, or trade background

A Day in the Role:
Serve customers in-store and over the phone with excellent advice and energy
Process transactions and manage customer orders efficiently
Promote sales, special offers, and recent product releases
Troubleshoot issues and help customers find the right solutions
Maintain eye-catching displays and stock presentation
Attend regular product and sales training sessions
