We are looking for a full-time Duty Manager who is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences and working within a team.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Positive leadership and explicit direction to staff
Solid communication skills with customers and ability to handle difficult or barred customers
Excellent product knowledge
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Experience across all areas of hotels including bar, dining, gaming and bottle shop
Current RSA, Advanced Gaming and RP badge essential
Able to work shifts across a 7-day roster
