An established structural engineering consultancy is looking for an intermediate Structural Revit Drafter to join its growing Sydney team.

This is a great opportunity for a drafter with strong Revit experience to work on a range of high-profile structural projects, while continuing to develop technically and progress their career within a growing team.

The Role

You’ll work closely with structural engineers, project leaders and the wider drafting team to deliver high-quality structural documentation across multiple projects.

Your responsibilities will include:
Producing structural documentation and models using Revit
Working across projects from concept through to completion
Coordinating closely with engineers and project leaders
Ensuring drawings are delivered to project requirements and drafting standards
Contributing to the development of effective drafting and modelling processes
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality across all deliverables

You’ll also have the prospect to work on complex and high-profile projects across Sydney, developing your technical skills and taking on increasing responsibility as you progress.

About You
3–5 years’ experience in structural drafting and Revit




Strong Revit skills and experience producing structural documentation
Experience working on high-rise or multi-storey projects (ideal)
A solid understanding of structural drafting principles and detailing
Robust attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
Good communication and coordination skills
The ability to work independently as well as within a wider project team
A willingness to learn and develop technically
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
