The business has a broad national footprint and a high-performing finance function that works closely with senior leaders across the organisation.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Finance Business Partner to join the commercial finance team. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, this is a broad and commercially focused role where you will partner closely with key business units and play an important role in driving financial performance and supporting business decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:
Owning and reviewing P&Ls; across key business areas, including variance analysis and performance insights
Supporting the annual budgeting and forecasting process across the business
Partnering with Sales, Marketing and operational stakeholders to support commercial decision-making
Evaluating commercial proposals, business cases and strategic initiatives
Analysing revenue, margins,



costs and key financial and operational KPIs
Providing commercial insights and recommendations to improve business performance
Supporting sales targets, incentive structures and resource allocation decisions
Reviewing key contracts and partnership agreements from a financial perspective
Supporting month-end, balance sheet reviews and key financial controls
Driving process improvements and supporting broader change initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will be CA/CPA qualified with experience across commercial finance, management accounting or business partnering, ideally within a large or complex organisation. You will have strong analytical skills, valuable commercial awareness and experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, P&L; analysis and stakeholder decision-making. You will be a confident communicator with a proactive approach and a willingness to learn and develop within a high-performing finance team.
