Telehealth Doctor / Telehealth General Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join our agile telehealth team. In this contract role, you will provide high-quality remote healthcare to patients across Australia from the comfort of your own home, playing a vital role in expanding access to medical care and supporting patient wellbeing.

We are currently looking to cover WEEKDAY EVENINGS & WEEKEND EVENINGS — making this role well suited to a GP looking to supplement an existing practice or build adaptable regular days into their week.

What you'll be doing
Conduct telehealth consultations via video and/or phone with patients ranging from city centres to remote outback regions
Provide travel health advice and consultations as part of your patient mix
Issue prescriptions, referrals, pathology and imaging requests where appropriate
No Medicare — private billings

What we're looking for
Valid AHPRA registration in Australia
Minimum 1 year's post-registration experience in a primary care setting




Travel health/medicine experience or a genuine interest in developing in this area (highly desirable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with patients remotely
Proficiency with digital health technologies and electronic medical records
A commitment to embracing new technologies and delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
