Join Our Team as Retail Customer Service – Archerfield Superstore

The School Locker is one of Australia's largest education retailers and suppliers. With over 110 School, University, and Super Store locations across Australia, we are committed to unlocking the potential of students by providing everything they need for their educational journey.

We are currently seeking Casual Retail Customer Service staff to join the team at our Archerfield Superstore. In this role, you will assist parents and students with purchasing essential school resources, from uniforms and textbooks to stationery and musical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service and communication
Operate POS and manage inventory systems with accuracy
Process sales and stock movement diligently through computer-based systems
Pick and pack customer online orders daily
Maintain store merchandising standards and execute sales strategies
Adhere to directions from the support office and meet set goals
Keep detailed records and perform administration tasks as needed




Work both independently and as part of a supportive team
Maintain a positive and enthusiastic approach to work
Manage time effectively and handle pressure to meet deadlines

What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and excellent time management
Ability to work independently and in a team
Experience in retail customer service or a similar workplace
Enthusiastic attitude and proactive approach to tasks

Requirements:
A valid Working with Children Clearance or the ability to obtain one
Australian residency or working rights
Valid Drivers License
