McArthur Aged Care has partnered with a highly regarded Not-for-Profit Aged Care Provider to find passionate and qualified aged care professionals. Together, we support elderly and frail clients who wish to remain living independently in their own homes.

We currently have multiple prospects for Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) across the Eastern Suburbs (Glen Waverley, Ferntree Gully, Rowville). This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference whilst advocating for the elderly community, encouraging independence and a better quality of life.

About the Role
Must be available for a minimum of 3 days - Monday, Wednesday and Friday - or a full week of work
School hours available (9:00am - 3:00pm)
Deliver essential services to elderly clients in your local community
Work for a leading Not-for-Profit organisation
Be a vital link between home and community, improving client well-being
No weekend or evening work

Excellent rate of $46.18 per hour + $1.01 per km




Minimum of 4 hours guaranteed per rostered day

Opportunity to transition to permanent part time after 5.5 months (based on performance)

To be Successful in this Role, You Will Have:
A positive attitude and genuine passion for aged care
Victorian driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive insurance
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Working with Children Check (Employee Card) or willingness to obtain one
One of the following qualifications: Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Home & Community Care; or Certificate IV in Disability
Excellent communication skills with solid spoken and written English
Other languages are highly regarded
