We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join a large and complex infrastructure environment. This is an excellent chance for a commercially focused professional with solid contract administration, stakeholder management and negotiation experience to support strategic and operational contract outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and improve contract management practices, frameworks and processes, ensuring compliance, consistency and value-for-money outcomes.
Manage contract variations, claims and complex commercial issues, working closely with project teams and senior stakeholders to develop effective resolution strategies.
Provide expert commercial advice, reporting and insights on contract performance, risks, trends and forecasts, with explicit recommendations.
Prepare, review and manage contractual correspondence, notices and documentation,



ensuring contractual requirements are met and commercial risks are effectively managed.
Monitor supplier and contract performance, contribute to tender evaluations and negotiations, and drive continuous improvements across contract management practices.

Your Skills
Proven experience in senior contract administration, preferably within major infrastructure or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of contract management, procurement processes, risk management and relevant legislative/regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated experience managing variations, claims, commercial disputes and contractual negotiations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence project teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
Strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to risk mitigation, performance reporting and achieving value-for-money outcomes.
