Based in Arndell Park (near Blacktown), we are looking for an Ocean Export Operator to join our team. This is a full time (in office) permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with export bookings and shipment coordination
Liaise with shipping lines, co-loaders, transport providers and customers
Monitor shipment milestones and container movements
Lodging EDNS and PRAs
Support export documentation and operational processes
Assist with Bills of Lading, pre-alerts and customer communication
Update shipment information within Cargowise and internal systems




Work closely with the broader operations team
Invoice clients for services provided

To be successful in this role:
Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience
Previous exposure to ocean freight operations or international freight forwarding
Robust communication skills including verbal and written
A desire to expand your knowledge of international ocean freight operations
Enjoy working in a quick-paced environment
Takes pride in providing a high level of customer service
Excellent level of attention to detail and organisation skills
Able to work as part of a team
Exposure to Cargowise system, an advantage but not essential
