Casey Dentists is seeking an experienced, confident and motivated Dental Receptionist & Sales professional to join our busy team.

This is a diverse front and back office role for someone who enjoys providing exceptional patient care, building relationships and working in a rapid-paced, professional environment.

We are a locally owned, modern dental practice offering a comprehensive range of general and advanced dentistry, including implants, wisdom teeth, All-On-Four, orthodontics, same-day crowns and surgical procedures in our onsite day-surgery facility.

THE ROLE

You will be an important part of the patient journey, responsible for:
Welcoming and assisting patients
Managing a busy telephone and reception environment
Appointment scheduling and patient follow-up
Responding to phone, email and social media enquiries
Discussing treatment and fees with patients
Converting enquiries into appointments
Processing payments and general administration
Supporting the clinical team and Practice Manager

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in reception,



administration, sales or customer service
Confident and professional with patients
An excellent communicator with a warm telephone manner
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Proactive, reliable and able to use initiative
Confident with computers and fast, accurate touch typing
Professionally presented and committed to providing outstanding patient care

Dental or medical reception experience is highly regarded, but not essential for the right person.

1:15pm finish on Friday
