Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to determine patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
Registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.

Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
