Casual Bartender & Event Server – Raise Rooftop | Brisbane CBD

Raise Rooftop is looking for a friendly, energetic Casual Bartender & Event Server to join our team for corporate events in the heart of Brisbane CBD at 157 Ann Street.

We’re a welcoming rooftop venue hosting stylish corporate functions of up to 50 guests. Our events are relaxed and professional, featuring drinks packages and canapés in a fun, supportive environment.

We host approximately 2–3 events per month through to December, making this the perfect prospect for someone looking for casual evening work.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for:
Serving beer, wine, spirits, and easy mixed drinks as part of a drinks package.
Providing warm,



professional customer service to corporate guests.
Assisting with canapé service when required.
Washing and polishing glassware throughout the event.
Clearing tables and keeping the venue tidy.
Helping with event setup and pack-down.
Working closely with the Venue Manager to ensure every event runs smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous bartending or hospitality experience.
Holds a current RSA certificate.
Is confident serving alcoholic beverages responsibly.
Has a friendly, professional, and engaging personality.
Is reliable, punctual, and well presented.
Enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Can stay calm and organised during busy periods.
