What we are looking for:
Natural Leader and Trade qualified chef ready to lead from the front.
Experience with commercial responsibilities including rosters, cost control and performance.
Strong understanding of compliance, WHS and food safety
Strong menu planning, costing and stock control skills with a clear focus on food costs and gross profit.
An ability to compile kitchen rosters to manage workflow and labor with trading demand and budget.
Train, supervise and mentor all kitchen team members providing a positive team culture.
Great liaison with the front of house to ensure smooth service and resolve any feedback.
