As a Night Shift Maintenance Fitter, you’ll be supporting production-critical equipment across a dairy, food, and beverage manufacturing setting. This role is suited to someone who takes ownership on shift—identifying issues early, resolving faults efficiently, and maintaining reliable equipment performance.

Location: Smeaton Grange
FULL TIME NIGHT SHIFT
Additional: OT opportunities across our client base
Rate: $61.55/hr (Night Shift) + Super
Overtime: Double Time

Your Responsibilities
Perform mechanical fault-finding, breakdown response, and preventative maintenance
Maintain and repair production and packaging equipment
Support reliable site operation through proactive maintenance practices
Work collaboratively with site teams to minimise downtime
Uphold WHS standards and contribute to a safe working setting

Skills & Experience
Proven experience in mechanical fault-finding and repair




Strong understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics
General fabrication capability
Welding experience (Stick, TIG, MIG – advantageous)
Restricted electrical disconnect/reconnect (preferred but not essential)
Comfortable using digital systems and maintenance tools
