What is the role?

MC Dental are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, experienced dental assistant for their Highpoint location.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Assistance:
Assist the dentist during patient exams and procedures.
Process X-rays as required.
Sterilize dental instruments and maintain a clean and protected working environment.
Prepare patients for dental treatments and explain procedures when necessary.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Intraoral Scanning
Stock Management

The ideal candidate for this position should have:
Certificate III Dental Assisting, or Enrolled in Cert III Dental Assisting
A desire to learn and to show initiative.
Solid communication and organisational skills.
A compassionate and caring manner.
A good work ethic and commitment to our practice growth and our patient's well-being.
Friendly attitude, enthusiasm, and ability to work as part of a team are a must.
