We currently have a locum role available for an experienced SAH Rosterer/Customer Service Coordinator located in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Someone who is proficient in Alaycare would be highly desirable and can hit the floor running. Start asap - December 2026.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate staff rosters, client schedules and service allocations
Match staff to client needs while managing utilisation and travel time
Respond to client, family and staff enquiries
Provide administration support to the General Manager and wider Home Care team
Assist with compliance, reporting, audits and record keeping
Support referrals, intake, onboarding and staff compliance processes
Assist with payroll,



invoicing and general office administration

About You
Experience in rostering, scheduling and administration within Support at Home
Robust customer service, communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace
AlayaCare experience highly desirable
Experience in Home Care, CHSP or Support at Home
Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused with robust attention to detail
