Site Manager

We’re looking for a Site Manager to lead upcoming remedial and refurbishment projects across NSW.
Ideally, you’ll be Sydney-based and open to travel.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Site Manager, you’ll take ownership of site operations, safety, and delivery. You’ll manage fit-out and refurbishment projects up to $15M, ensuring they’re completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:
Leading site teams and subcontractors to meet project milestones
Managing daily site operations and scheduling trades




Conducting toolbox talks and site meetings
Ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards
Performing QA checks and managing defect rectification
Using HammerTech for reporting and site documentation
Reading and interpreting construction drawings

What You’ll Bring
Proven experience as a Site Manager (non-residential)
Willingness to work in remote regional locations for extended periods
Robust communication and leadership skills
Experience with roofing or working at heights (preferred)
White Card (Construction General Induction)
Familiarity with HammerTech or similar safety software
Cert IV in Building & Construction or WHS (advantageous)
A passion for quality construction and a solid safety mindset

Additional Information
Police clearance required for all site-based roles
