FRONT OF HOUSE – CUSTOMER SERVICE / REGISTER

Chicken Empire – Mount Annan

We’re looking for an experienced Front of House team member to join our busy, family-owned chicken shop in Mount Annan.

This role is focused primarily on customer service, register/POS and front-of-house operations.

Your Duties
Taking customer orders and operating the POS/register
Providing friendly and qualified customer service
Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
Managing takeaway and delivery orders
Packing customer orders accurately
Answering customer enquiries
Keeping the front counter and dining area clean and organised
Working efficiently during busy periods
Supporting the team with general front-of-house duties

⭐ We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has previous experience in a chicken shop, takeaway, quick food or similar business




Has experience using a POS/register
Has excellent customer service skills
Is confident, friendly and well presented
Can work quickly and accurately under pressure
Is reliable, punctual and responsible
Works well as part of a team
Has a positive attitude and takes pride in their work

Previous front-of-house/customer service experience is highly preferred.
