About the Role

As a casual Kitchen Hand at our Prestons location, you will be a vital part of our back-of-house team. This role requires a high level of efficiency and a passion for food preparation. You will be responsible for ensuring our famous salads and condiments are prepared to the highest standard, helping us deliver the unique El Jannah experience to every customer.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare fresh, authentic salads and condiments daily.
Handle various food products with care and in accordance with safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen setting.




Assist the team in ensuring a smooth flow of service during busy periods.
Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to align with EJ values.
Support other kitchen staff as needed to keep the sizzle in our service.

Requirements
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is necessary.
Proven ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality.
A reliable and quick learner who can adapt to our specific processes.
Full availability to work weekends is a must.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to hygiene standards.
A team-player attitude with a positive vibe.
