Machine Operators – Day Shift | Redbank

We're recruiting for a well-established manufacturer in the Redbank area that continues to grow and invest in its production team.

$33–$38 per hour + penalties, depending on experience

The Role

As a Machine Operator, you'll help keep production running safely and efficiently while ensuring quality products are produced to a high standard.

Your day-to-day will include:
Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
Monitoring product quality throughout the manufacturing process
Loading and unloading materials using forklifts and overhead cranes where licensed
Completing basic production and quality documentation
Working with your team to achieve daily production targets

About You

We're looking for people who are:




Experienced in manufacturing, production or heavy industrial environments
Safety conscious with a solid focus on quality
Mechanically minded and willing to learn new equipment
Reliable and committed to long-term employment
Able to work well as part of a team

No manufacturing experience? That's OK! We're also happy to consider candidates without workshop experience, with full training provided for the right people.
