Our Client:

Our client is a world leading mining technology company, with their Head Office being based in the northern suburbs of Perth.

The Role:

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Internal Recruitment Advisor to join their Head Office team, initially on a contract basis with the possibility of extension.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver effective recruitment outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Advertising roles and sourcing suitable candidates
Shortlisting and assisting with interviews




Recruitment administration and coordination
Building strong relationships with and advising hiring managers
Understanding the business and providing tailored recruitment advice

Requirements:
Previous experience in an internal recruitment or talent acquisition role
Experience within mining, oil & gas, technology, or a similar industry
Experience in white collar, technical recruitment is highly advantageous
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to think outside the box
Ability to build strong relationships and understand hiring managers’ needs
Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes
