Pay Rate: Up to $34 per hour + super
Shift: AM Shift - 7:30am to 3:30pm

Vectura Recruitment is partnering with a well-established production and manufacturing operation in Victoria to recruit an experienced Forklift Driver for a permanent, full-time role on their AM shift.

This position is suited to a reliable, hands-on operator who is comfortable working across forklift operation and manual handling, and who consistently demonstrates high standards of safety, accuracy, and teamwork within a quick-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a forklift in accordance with workplace safety procedures
Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials accurately
Perform manual handling tasks, including loading by hand where required
Maintain housekeeping standards across the work area
Complete production records, paperwork, and data accurately
Follow all SOPs, safety procedures, and work instructions
Participate in training related to equipment operation and safety
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet operational targets
Report safety hazards, near misses, and incidents as required

Skills & Experience




Valid forklift licence with demonstrated operational experience
Proven experience in a physically demanding role
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
Comfortable performing repetitive manual handling tasks
Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance record
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
Sound communication, numeracy, and literacy skills
Robust work ethic with a high level of care for safety, equipment, and product quality

Compliance & Assessments
Physical capability assessment required
Drug and alcohol test required
Must be physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
