Our Venues:
La Louisiane, Tarantino's, Anchovy Bandit, Bandit Pizza and Wine, The Stag Public House, Bottega Bandito (x2) and 2 more venues opening within the next 9 months.

About You

We are seeking candidates who are service-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a structured and high-pressure workplace. You will have a genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering memorable, elevated service.

The Role

In this role, you will be working closely with our FOH & BOH Teams, Big Easy Group (BEG) Operations, BEG Finance & BEG Marketing teams.

Responsibilities:




Delivering guest experiences that exceed expectations. Ensuring guest experience metrics are achieved, through knowledgeable, passionate table-side service.
Meet the financial KPIs (Wages cost & Cost of Goods)
Rostering to forecasted revenue
Guest Communications (including function enquiries)
Beverage Program (in conjunction with our Operations team resources)
Assist in planning, organising and executing functions & events
Lead the team coaching junior staff, and develop talent.
Ensuring the venue is presented & organised to standard at all times
Work in collaboration with the kitchen team
Host & manage shifts
