Roles we are recruiting for:

Bar Attendant – Able to prepare basic beverages, pour wines, spirits and beer, and interact with customers while serving drinks and snacks.

Barista – Knowledgeable in the complexities of coffee, preparing and serving coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages. Baristas should be capable of consistently creating latte art in their coffee.





Cashier – Experienced in POS (Point-of-Sale) systems, taking payments and operating a till.

Corporate Attendant – Able to be highly attentive and take special care of corporate guests. Responsible for greeting guests, ensuring food and drink service is on time and otherwise maintaining guests experience in a corporate box.

Retail Attendant (Food and Bar) – Responsible for taking orders from customers and serving food and beverages.

Covid Marshall – Responsible for ensuring COVID-19 safety requirements are being met within an event.

The successful candidate must have:
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Fully vaccinated
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certified
