Join a well-established Australian energy services business supporting major projects across the resources and energy sectors.

We are seeking an experienced HR / Mobilisation Admin to provide temporary leave cover in Canning Vale. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace and can confidently manage multiple priorities.

The Role
Coordinate employee mobilisations
Arrange pre-employment medicals
Book flights and accommodation
Manage site inductions and onboarding requirements
Maintain employee compliance records and mobilisation documentation
Liaise with employees, managers and external providers
Provide general HR and administration support

About You
To be successful, you will have:




Previous mobilisation or HR administration experience
Experience coordinating medicals, travel and accommodation
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
