Job Description – Mowing & Outdoor Labourer (Mudgeeraba Area) Position: Labourer – Mowing & Outdoor Maintenance Location: Mudgeeraba and surrounding suburbs Employment Type: Casual / Part‑time / Full‑time (flexible depending on applicant) Transport: Must have own reliable transport About the Role We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking outdoor labourer to join our property maintenance team in the Mudgeeraba area. The role involves mowing, general yard work, and assisting with a range of outdoor maintenance tasks across residential and small commercial properties. Key Responsibilities - Lawn mowing using push mowers and ride‑on equipment - Whipper‑snipping, edging, and blowing down hard surfaces - Basic garden maintenance (weeding, pruning, green waste removal)



- Assisting with general outdoor labouring tasks as required - Maintaining equipment in clean and safe working order - Following safety procedures and working efficiently in office - Travelling independently to job locations (own transport required some days) Requirements - License is essential - Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions - Previous mowing or landscaping experience preferred but not essential - Ability to work independently and follow instructions - Good communication and a positive, can‑do attitude - Reliability and punctuality are a must Perks - Consistent work across the Mudgeeraba area - Supportive team environment - Opportunity to build skills in outdoor maintenance and landscaping - Flexible hours available
