Queensland-based organisation responsible for delivering and maintaining a diverse portfolio of building and infrastructure assets. The team manages maintenance programs, minor works and construction projects for a range of government facilities and stakeholders.

Your new role

Key responsibilities:
Supervising the delivery of maintenance, minor works and construction projects.
Coordinating office staff, field staff, contractors and subcontractors.
Conducting site inspections, condition assessments and scope development.
Preparing accurate estimates, quotations, tender documentation and trade packages.
Undertaking material take-offs and developing construction programs.
Managing procurement activities and evaluating tender submissions.
Reporting on project costs, productivity, margins and program performance.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in construction, maintenance,



building projects or minor works delivery.
Strong supervisory experience coordinating staff, subcontractors and multiple stakeholders.
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic project management systems.
Experience preparing estimates, quotations, tenders and scope of works documentation will be highly regarded.
